Add up to 50 wines with names, producers and any other details you want guests to see. Set their order and rating method. Once the tasting is open, share one link or QR code.

  • Wines: what you pour and what guests see about each wine.
  • Rating: Preference 1–5 or TASTR 100.

If a guest requests results by email, they must confirm the terms and sharing their address with you as the named host. You may send one offer within 30 days of that guest completing the tasting.

On-screen results remain available without this confirmation. It does not authorize a newsletter.

Close the tasting in administration. New guests can no longer join and ratings can no longer be changed. Completed personal results and host summaries remain available.

Do guests need an account?

No. They join with a link or QR code. You sign in to prepare the tasting.

Does a guest have to provide an email address?

No. Rating and on-screen results are available without one. An address is needed only when requesting emailed results.

Can I see guests’ notes?

No. Wine summaries exclude private notes and names. Guests can separately share feedback and choose whether to attach their name.

What happens to unfinished ratings when I close the tasting?

Responses can no longer be submitted. Unsent work stays on the guest’s device and is not part of the summary.
